About Pastor Rousey
Charlie Rousey was saved at the age of 11. He enlisted in a special program in the military and planned to go to Ole Miss once he got out of the Navy. But God had other plans. While in the Navy, he did a lot of soul searching, and while he was stationed at the Great Lakes Naval Base he was invited to go to a Baptist church in Indiana. This church had an outreach program to the sailors there. It was during this time that he felt called to the ministry and decided to attend Hyles-Anderson College.
Pastor Rousey was heavily involved in various ministries while in college where he also met his wife, Mindy. They were married in July of 1993 and then he graduated in 1994. Charlie was called to work at a church/school in Adrian, Michigan, and served there for two years. In 2001, God led Charlie and Mindy and their two girls to Pennsylvania where they began serving at Harvest. Their third daughter was born two years later.

Dave Coyle grew up in a rural area just outside of Leechburg, PA. As a young man, he was involved in both athletics and the outdoors. After graduation, he attended Clarion University to study education and play football for the Golden Eagles. As a working adult, Dave later earned a master’s degree in educational leadership through California University of PA.
From 2005-2017, Dave served as a public school teacher in both Clay County School District (Jacksonville, FL) and the Freeport Area School District. During this time, he met his wife Rachel, who was also a teacher at Freeport, and they were married in August of 2013. Although he grew up attending church, he was not saved until the age of 27.
The couple was busy serving in their local church and leading public school Bible programs when they felt God call them into full-time ministry. Dave then enrolled into Luther Rice College and Seminary to prepare. Then in August of 2017, the transition into ministry was fulfilled as Dave joined both the school and church staff here at Harvest. Formal collegiate training and the skills that he had developed over the years as an educator were all a means to prepare him for God’s call.
Besides working as Harvest’s Outreach Director, Dave and Rachel also lead the College and Career/ Singles ministry. They have one daughter, Isabella, and reside in Natrona Heights.
